Dan jackhammers a small area for any water to be drained through the FlexiSpan drainage channel.
Flexible Sealant, Foam-Lined Channel and Impermeable Membrane Installed
FlexiSpan is a three-part process. First, a strong but flexible sealant is applied along the full length of the crack. Then, a strip of flexible, porous foam is installed over the crack. Finally, an impermeable membrane is secured to the wall so that no moisture can get through.
Finished Product
This FlexiSpan Crack Repair System will now move water seepage down the wall and into the perimeter drainage system.
