Installers at Cleveland Basement systems restored this leaky basement to health by putting in WaterGuard and CleanSpace. WaterGuard is a patented and proven drainage channel that lays flush to the basement floor. This allows any seepage to be caught from the walls and floor and is then directed to the sump pump. CleanSpace is a 20 mil thick white wall covering that prevents mold growth and helps drain any water into the WaterGuard.
