Pesky Crack Fixed with FlexiSpan in Copley, OH
Challenge
A homeowner in Copley, OH was experiencing a leaky crack during every rainstorm. This crack was located under an egress window in the foundation of the basement. Solution

Installers got started on the project and began by jackhammering a small hole at the base of the crack on the floor in order to insert a WaterGuard drainage channel. Next, they began applying the membrane and sealant on the foam-lined drainage channel. This sealant is made of durable polyurethane that will not allow water to get through.
