This Elyria homeowner was looking to have a backup battery installed on his existing sump pump. We were able to help him by installing an UltraSump Battery Back up System! This system has a back up battery that will turn on automatically should the need arise! Also included is a TimeMachine Data Logger. This product allows the owner access to records and reports through an app!

This homeowner had a problem with an annoying, loud and old sump pump. Cleveland Basement Systems fixed this issue by replacing the inefficient pump with a 1/2 horsepower cast iron pump as well as the UltraSump.  The Zoeller pump is a powerful cast-iron product that offers durability and reduces the risk of overheating while also handeling up to 6,200 gallons of water per hour. The UltraSump is a battery backup system that automatically turns on in a power outage and can remove 12,000 gallons of water on a fully-charged battery. Together, these state-of-the-art waterproofing products will keep this basement drier, quieter and more reliable!!

The CleanSpace vent cover seals the crawl space vents permanently, which will prevent any unwanted air from entering. This will control the air infiltration and increase energy efficiency!

This crawl space is now completely air sealed. RimTite joist insulation is sprayed on top of the wall and between the floor joists to not only seal the space, but insulate it too.
