This crawl space is now completely air sealed. RimTite joist insulation is sprayed on top of the wall and between the floor joists to not only seal the space, but insulate it too. 

Due to high humidity, mold was growing on the wooden beams of the crawl space. This could result in dangerous wood rot and structural damage. The patented Mold-X Stain Remover and Botanical was sprayed on the wooden joists and will now eliminate the current mold stains, while also preventing future growth.
