This vertical, leaky basement wall crack was causing water damage and infiltration. FlexiSpan was installed in order to seal the crack and provide a permanent fix.

The TripleSafe has three separate pumps, including a battery backup, that will move water far away from the basement. The CleanSpace wall covering is a powerful vapor barrier that rejects mold growth and gave a clean, bright look to this once dark basement.  

Cleveland Basement Systems fixed this leaky crack with the three-part FlexiSpan solution. FlexiSpan utilizes a urethan-based sealant, polyurethane foam strip and gray drywall compound joint in order that water can drain safely into a drywell.
