Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This basement was having some trouble. The walls were cracked and bowing and water was constantly leaking in. The homeowner got in touch with us to see if these were issues we could help them. They called the right place! We solved the foundation problems with a PowerBrace Wall System. These steel I-beams are secured against the wall and anchored to the floor joists to stabilize the wall. The PowerBrace System can be tightened over time to potentially straighten the wall back to where it was! To protect this basement from water we installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, CleanSpace Wall System, and WaterGuard Interior Drainage System. 

This basement is now stabilized and waterproofed! The homeowner is so happy with the results!

This homeowner in North Ridgeville noticed his old sump pump could not handle the amount of water that was coming in. Cleveland Home Improvements installed the TripleSafe sump pump that can handle thousands of gallons of water and keep working in a power outage. In addition, this customer chose to fully waterproof his basement by getting WaterGuard and CleanSpace installed. WaterGuard allows water from the floors and walls to flow into the sump pump and not clog. CleanSpace wall covering prevents mold and mildew as well as directs water to the perimeter drain.

This leaky crack was causing a lot of water to enter the basement. The homeowners even had a bucket to try to catch some of it. Cleveland Basement Systems permanently fixed this issue by installing the FlexiSpan crack repair system. FlexiSpan is a three-part process that applies a thick, flexible sealant and membrane that seals in the crack. A dry well is made at the bottom of the crack to catch the water from the crack, instead of water leaking on the floor. Now this basement is drier and healthier!  

Water was severely leaking into this basement, causing staining and a lot of water on the floor. Cleveland Basement Systems installed the FlexiSpan crack repair system which will seal off the leak and drain into the dry well instead of sitting stagnant on the floor. 

The FlexiSpan crack repair system is installed with a dry well. The WaterGuard channel is installed in the underground well to create a hidden drainage spot for water flowing down the FlexiSpan system. Now water won't escape into the basement!
